樱井雪乃和樱井奏是一对从地方来到东京上学的双子姐妹，从出生到长大从来没有分开过的她们进了东京的高中也理所当然的住在了同一间宿舍里，每天都过着平静而充满乐趣的生活。一天，姐姐雪乃突然被同在游泳部的学妹咲夜告白，为了姐姐着想，妹妹奏决定与雪乃保持距离，为她们制造机会，感觉到奏对自己刻意冷淡的雪乃终于忍不住询问她为什么要这样，在一番敞开心扉的真心告白之后姐妹俩又重归旧好，“我们从出生到现在就一直在一起，从今以后也要在一起”。同时奏还从雪乃处得知原来咲夜喜欢的人是自己，接近姐姐只是想从她那里套情报。就这样“双子爱姐妹”的校园百合love comedy就这样上演了…… 《Candy Boy》是AIC公司于2007年末推出的一部短篇动画，内容是以就读市内学校的双生姐妹樱井奏与雪乃两人为主人公展开的学园喜剧(本篇为百合剧)，动画共有7话正篇+EX01，EX02以及一集OVA。
